Description: Even the perfect marriage has its dark side… Iris and Will's marriage is as close to perfect as it can be: a large house in a nice Atlanta neighborhood, rewarding careers and the excitement of trying for their first baby. But on the morning Will leaves for a business trip to Orlando, Iris's happy world comes to an abrupt halt. Another plane headed for Seattle has crashed into a field, killing everyone on board, and according to the airline, Will was one of the passengers on this plane. Grief-stricken and confused, Iris is convinced it all must be a huge misunderstanding. But as time passes and there is still no sign of Will, she reluctantly accepts that he is gone. Still, Iris needs answers. Why did Will lie about where he was going? What is in Seattle? And what else has he lied about? As Iris sets off on a desperate quest to find out what her husband was keeping from her, the answers she receives will shock her to her very core. |

The Marriage Lie makes you think about all the "What if?" questions you might experience, if you found out your husband was feeding you lies... and not just tiny lies about the amount of time he spends playing video games. I'm talking about BIG lies, like where he works, who his friends are, where his family is... AND, I'm talking about scary GIANT lies! Seriously, you need to read this book if you love reading Domestic Suspense. The last paragraph in the book plastered a smirk across my face (because I would've done exactly the same thing). Story well told, Kimberly Belle. I can't wait for your next one and in the meantime, I just realized this is not your first book. Looks like I'm going shopping for more books. :)
(because I love reading about real relationships between couples... because I love reading about overcoming struggles that are so big you have no idea how they will ever survive such a devastation... and because, I realized that Domestic Suspense is a wonderful genre I can't get enough of. I want MORE of this kind of story.)
